No attorney-client relationship. Contacting us through this website, by email, or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive details about your matter through the website form until the firm has agreed to represent you.
What we collect and how
Information you give us
- Consultation request form. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message box. The form also records which page of the site you sent it from.
- Phone calls, texts, and emails. Whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general location, device, and browser used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this.
- Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads tags to measure how our ads perform, for example whether a visitor who clicked an ad later tapped our phone number or submitted a consultation request. These tags also use cookies. The content of your form or call is not sent to Google Ads.

- Our website and marketing provider, which manages this site and delivers form submissions to the firm.
- Google, which provides the email and spreadsheet tools that deliver and record consultation requests for the firm, along with Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, reCAPTCHA, and Google Fonts.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores and serves the site.
- Stripe, if you make a payment. Our Make a Payment page sends you to Stripe’s secure payment page. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not on this site, and the firm never sees your full card number. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell or rent the personal information you give us.
